What Mastery is for

Skills you can use straight away

Mastery is a learning platform for people aged 16 and over. Our courses focus on three areas that help you move forward.

Get ready for work

Build the employability skills that help you find, start and succeed in a job.

Manage everyday life

Learn practical life skills that make day-to-day decisions easier.

Build confidence

Practise speaking up, working with others and backing yourself.

Courses

Our first three courses

Built around employability, confidence and practical life skills, each with structured lessons, clear learning outcomes and practical activities. Register your interest and we will let you know as soon as they open.

Financial Literacy

Budgeting, saving, credit and tax — the money decisions that come with living independently, explained without jargon.

Emotional Intelligence

Recognise what you are feeling, handle pressure and disagreement, and work well with people who think differently from you.

Critical Thinking

Weigh up evidence, spot bias and faulty arguments, and reason your way to a decision you can defend.

Build your foundations. Practise the skill. Put it into action.

Watching a video isn’t the same as being able to do something. Mastery courses are being designed so that you learn a skill, practise it and then use it in real situations.
